Return Period
You may request a return within 30 calendar days after the order is confirmed as delivered. Contact us before sending any item back. A return must be approved by our customer support team, and you must follow the return instructions we provide.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a standard return, an item must be unused, unaltered, and in its original condition. Please include the original components, accessories, and packaging where reasonably possible, along with proof of purchase or your order information.
Items that have been used, altered, damaged through improper handling after delivery, or returned without required components may not qualify for a refund. Unauthorized returns may be delayed or refused.
How to Request a Return
- Email service@velrionpbr.com within the return period. Use the subject line โReturn Request โ Order #[your order number]โ.
- Include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the request. For an item that arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially different from its description, include clear photos or video when possible.
- Wait for our review and written return instructions before shipping the item. If your return is approved, we will provide the applicable return address and instructions.
Do not send a return to the companyโs registered business address unless our customer support team specifically instructs you to do so.
Return Shipping Costs
For a return based on preference, a change of mind, or an ordering mistake, the customer is generally responsible for the return shipping cost.
If we confirm that an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially different from its description, we will provide an appropriate resolution. You will not be charged reasonable return shipping costs resulting directly from our product or fulfillment error.
We do not charge a restocking fee for approved returns.
Non-Returnable Items
Unless applicable law requires otherwise, the following items may not be eligible for return:
- customized or personalized items;
- opened items that cannot reasonably be resold for hygiene or safety reasons;
- gift cards;
- items clearly identified as final sale; and
- other items identified as non-returnable before purchase, where permitted by law.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible if your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially different from its description. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video when available. After reviewing the information, we may offer an appropriate remedy, such as a replacement, refund, or other assistance, subject to applicable law.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. We generally process an approved refund within 5โ10 business days after receipt, inspection, and approval. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.
We will notify you by email after reviewing your return. If a return is not approved, or the item does not meet the eligibility requirements, we will explain the outcome and any available next steps.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel or change an order, email us as soon as possible with your order number. We recommend submitting the request within 12 hours of placing the order. Cancellation or changes are not guaranteed once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped.
